Our office is at Anju Villa, which is right on Harmu Road in Ranchi. It’s quite close to the old Shail Yamaha service center, so that’s the landmark we usually give people when they are trying to find us. Harmu Road is always busy with traffic, but once you step inside Shivajilane towards Anandnagar, it gets a lot quieter. We are Seeyes Farm Infra. We mostly focus on the infrastructure side of farming, like building things that farms need to work better. We’ve been using this house as our base for a while now. It doesn't look like a standard office building from the outside; it looks like a home because that’s what it originally was. Inside, we’ve got desks and some drawings of farm layouts spread out everywhere. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, we are in jeans and sneakers because we might have to head out to a site at any moment. Ranchi weather can be unpredictable, so we always keep umbrellas near the door. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We just talk to each other across the room and get things done. It’s a very practical way of working. We know the neighbors, and we know where to get the best snacks on the street nearby. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic noise outside never really stops.
