Mandar Agrismart Producer Company Limited is located in Karkara, which is part of the Mandar area. We operate from the premises of Mahadev Oraon. It is a very rural setting, which makes sense because we are a producer company. This means we are mostly made up of local farmers working together. There isn't a fancy office building here. We usually meet in a simple room or even outside if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time discussing how to get better prices for our crops and how to share resources. It is not a smooth operation all the time. Sometimes we have long arguments about which seeds to buy or when to sell. But that is how a group of people works together. Being in Mandar, we are far from the big city lights of Ranchi, and we prefer it that way. We are close to the fields and the people who actually do the work. The paperwork can be a real struggle for us sometimes because we'd rather be out checking the crops. We don't have a website or a marketing manager. We just have our names and our location in Karkara. It is a slow process building this up, but we are taking it one day at a time. It’s about the community here more than anything else, just trying to make things a bit better for everyone.
