Dhartidhan Agri Polyclinic

Dhartidhan Agri Polyclinic operates out of the Dhartidhan Bhavan in the RIT Building, right within the Court Compound. Since we are located in such a busy area with all the legal and government offices nearby, there is never a dull moment. The polyclinic is where we handle the more technical side of farming and agriculture. When you walk in, you might see bags of soil being tested or different types of seeds laid out on the tables. It is not a clinical environment like a human hospital, but more of a workshop for people who work the land. The shelves are packed with bottles and containers, and there is usually a faint smell of earth and fertilizers in the air. We spend our days talking to local growers about their crops and trying to figure out why certain plants are not doing well. The furniture in the office is basic and practical, meant for people who might be coming in straight from the fields. We do not put on any shows or use big words to describe what we do here. It is just about looking at the plants and the dirt and giving honest advice to the people who ask for it. The RIT building can be quite noisy with all the people walking through the compound, but inside the polyclinic, we try to focus on the task at hand. It is a straightforward operation where the goal is just to help out with the local agricultural needs one day at a time.
