Our office is at Plot No.-54A in the Kunj Vihar area of Chira Chas. Bokaro is a place known for steel, but over here in Chira Chas, things feel a little more relaxed. We have a decent sized plot where we set up our management consulting work. The building is a simple one, painted a light color that reflects the sun. Inside, it is mostly quiet, which helps us focus on the paperwork and the planning we do for our clients. We have a small gate at the front and a bit of a yard where we park our scooters. Most of our day is spent at our desks, looking over spreadsheets or talking on the phone. We don’t have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the door so people know they found the right place. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We know the people who live nearby and we often see them when we step out for a snack. It is a straightforward operation here. We have our files, our computers, and a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture; we just want a solid place to get our work done. It works for us and it keeps things grounded in reality.
