We have been here at 12 Burdwan Compound in Ranchi for a while now. Jharkhand is a busy place, and our spot in the compound stays pretty active throughout the day. People come and go, and we just try to keep things moving. It is not a fancy office, just a regular space where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside we are usually focused on the tasks at hand. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighborhood well. We do not really do big meetings with lots of slides or anything like that. Usually, it is just us sitting around desks, handling paperwork or talking on the phone. The building is older but it works for what we need. It is easy to find us once you get into the compound area. We keep things pretty simple around here. There is no dress code or anything, just casual clothes and a lot of tea. We mostly just focus on the daily pile of work and making sure things are not left for the next morning. It is a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have our routine, and it seems to work out for us most days. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We just wait for the backup to kick in and keep going until the day is done.
