A. K.Associates

We have been operating A. K.Associates out of this small quarter in Sector-II for quite some time now. It’s a quiet part of the H.E.C. Township here in Ranchi, and mostly you just hear the birds or the occasional scooter going by. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and files everywhere, but it gets the job done. Working in Dhurwa means we know most of the people around here by face. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It gets pretty dusty inside if we leave the windows open, but the breeze is nice. My brother helps out with the paperwork when things get busy. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. People just drop by when they need something sorted out. It’s a simple way to run things, really. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it because there is always something else to finish first. Life in Ranchi moves at its own pace, and we just follow along with it. We handle our associates' work with a lot of focus, even if the fan makes a bit of clicking noise all day. It’s just how it is here in B/88. Most days are just about clearing the desk and making sure everyone is squared away before heading home.
