Our place is right at Birsa Chowk on the Main Road in Hinoo, Ranchi. It’s a busy corner and there is always a lot of traffic passing by. We mostly deal with computer sales and repairs. The shop is filled with monitors, keyboards, and boxes of parts. It's not a very big space, so it can feel a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We spend a lot of time sitting at the back bench with a screwdriver, trying to figure out why a machine is acting up. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times we have to wait for a part to arrive. We don't have any flashy displays or a big corporate vibe. It’s just us helping out people from the neighborhood with their tech problems. We've seen a lot of people grow up around here and come back to us when they need a new laptop or some help with their internet. The fans in the shop are always humming to keep the computers cool. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what’s just a waste of money. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, deal with the repairs, and talk to whoever walks in. It’s been our routine for years at Birsa Chowk, and we don't plan on changing much. We just do our work and keep the shop running.
