You can find me on the second floor of Chauhan Mansion. It’s located on Lalji Hirji Road, which is a pretty busy stretch in Ranchi. The building is one of those traditional ones you see around here. It has a bit of a history to it, I think. My office isn't very big, but it has enough room for me and a couple of others to get our work done. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you're carrying anything heavy. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a few desks. I haven't done much in the way of decorating. I prefer to keep things functional. Lalji Hirji Road is always full of people and vehicles, so it can get a bit loud during the day. But once the door is shut, it’s a quiet enough place to think. I’ve been here for a while and the location is quite convenient for most things. There are plenty of shops around if I need to grab a quick snack or some stationery. The other people in the building are mostly small business owners like myself. We all just go about our own business. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup. I like the independence of having my own space in a central part of the city. It’s a solid place to spend the day working and I don't see myself moving anytime soon.
