Riteshkumar

Riteshkumar is just me working out here in Ranchi. Jharkhand has its own rhythm, and being in the capital city means there’s always something happening around the corner. I don't have a big fancy office in a glass building. It’s more of a local setup where I can keep track of things without too much trouble. The streets of Ranchi can be quite a mess during the monsoon, but we manage to get to work anyway. Most days are pretty much the same. I get in, check what needs doing, and start on it. It’s honest work and I don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. The neighbors around here are mostly families and other small shops. You hear the sounds of the city all day long—rickshaws, people talking, and the occasional cow wandering by. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. I don't use much technology besides what’s absolutely necessary. Keeping things simple makes life easier for everyone. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know where to get the best snacks and who to talk to if the power goes out. There isn't a big team or a human resources department. It’s just a practical approach to getting the job done. Sometimes I stay late if there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, I try to head out before the evening traffic gets really bad.
