Our office is situated on the fourth floor of Rama Enclave, in room 401. You can find us on Dr J Sharan Lane in the Bariatu neighborhood of Ranchi. Working here in Ranchi means we do a lot of tasks for local events and help businesses get their names noticed. To be honest, it involves a lot of running around from place to place. One morning we might be setting up a stage and by the afternoon we are handing out flyers or helping a local shop organize a small gathering. The office is primarily used for storing our equipment and sitting down to figure out our next plans. It is rarely organized, especially when we are right in the middle of a big project. You will often see boxes and banners scattered all over the floor. We are just a small team of people who are happy to get our hands dirty when a job needs doing. There is no big corporate structure here. If a heavy box needs to be moved, we just pick it up. If a sign needs to be hung, we find a ladder and do it ourselves. Over the years, we have learned quite a lot about how things work in the Bariatu area. You have to be very flexible because plans rarely go exactly the way you expect them to. We just try to fix any problems as soon as they pop up. It can be a bit of a scramble, but it gets done in the end. We enjoy the variety of the work.
