We’re based out in Kadru, Ranchi. It’s a pretty central spot in the 834002 area. Our office isn’t anything too out of the ordinary. It’s just a regular space where we handle all our business matters. Ranchi has been growing a lot lately, and Kadru is right in the middle of it all. You can hear the construction sounds sometimes when new buildings go up nearby. We’ve got our desks set up and we spend our hours here working through spreadsheets and talking to people on the phone. It’s a simple setup, really. We don’t go in for much decoration or anything like that. The walls are mostly bare, and we focus on the work instead of how the place looks. Sometimes the weather in Ranchi gets a bit unpredictable, which affects how many people we see coming by. But for the most part, it’s a steady stream of daily tasks. We don’t have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It keeps the days interesting. We’ve been in Kadru for some time now and it feels like home to us. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch, which is nice when we’re having a long day. It’s just a basic office where we try to stay organized and get things finished on time. We don't worry too much about being fancy as long as the work gets done.
