Jharkhand Tent House

Jharkhand Tent House is located on Church Road in Ranchi, right near the Government Well. If you are from around here, you know that landmark pretty well. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, 834001. Our work is mostly about tents and the stuff that goes with them. It’s physical work, moving poles and heavy fabric around in the sun. We spend a lot of time loading trucks and then setting everything up at different sites. Church Road is a good spot for us because people can find us easily. It gets a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of Ranchi. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just stacks of supplies and people working. When someone has a function, they come talk to us, and we figure out how many tents they need. It’s pretty straightforward. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just provide the cover for people’s parties and gatherings. Sometimes it rains and we have to move fast, other times it’s just hot. We are used to the rhythm of the work by now. Being near the Govt Well makes it simple to give directions to anyone who hasn't been here before. We’re just local folks doing a job that’s been needed in Ranchi for years. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet all day long.
