Radhikanandini Agro Private Limited

We are based over in Chainpur, right in the Gumla district. Pradip Kumar Keshri is the one who handles most of the coordination from his place here in the village. This part of Jharkhand is known for its farming, and we are just another part of that long tradition. We set up Radhikanandini Agro Private Limited to help manage our local produce a bit better than we did before. It is a lot of daily grind. We get up when the sun comes up and we don’t really stop working until it gets dark. There are always new seeds to buy or crops that need to be checked for problems. We are not trying to be fancy or act like we are from a big city. We are just local men and women who understand the dirt and what grows best in it. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes we just have to scrape by. Being in a small place like Chainpur means everyone knows everyone else’s business, which actually helps with keeping things honest. We do not have a glossy brochure or a team of sales people. We just have our own reputation and the quality of what we grow. People know they can find us at Pradip’s spot if they need to talk about a shipment.
