R Kaushal & Associates operates out of Office No 29 and 30, which are on the second floor of the Gel Church Complex. This is part of the A C Market area on Main Road, which is one of the most famous landmarks in Ranchi. The complex is huge and can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors because there are so many different shops and offices tucked into every corner. We’ve got two rooms, 29 and 30, which gives us just enough space to breathe and keep our files organized. The Gel Church Complex has a unique vibe—it’s old but it’s always incredibly busy. There’s a constant stream of people moving through the corridors. Our part of the second floor is a bit quieter than the ground floor, but you still feel the energy of the market. Main Road is right outside, so the sounds of the city are always present. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the floors show the footprints of many years, but it’s a place that works for us. We like being in the center of things. Getting to work can be a challenge with the parking situation on Main Road, but we’ve figured out our little routines over the years. It’s just a normal, hardworking office where we deal with our daily business without much fuss. There is something about the history of this building that makes it a great place to stay.
