Kusum Vihar is a quiet spot. We are over at House No. 170/F-15. It’s in the Sahay campus area. We do tech things. It’s just a few of us here. We have some computers and a small desk area we use every day. Ranchi weather is okay most of the year. We started Pronia Technologies Private Limited because we wanted to work on our own terms. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things done anyway. People walk by Road No. 4 and see our sign occasionally. It is not a big fancy place or anything. Just a regular office where we get through our tasks. We usually have tea around four in the afternoon. It helps us get through the rest of the day. We just talk across the room to each other. It works for us and keeps things moving. The Sahay campus is easy to find once you know where Morabadi is. We keep the place relatively tidy but there are always wires and cables everywhere. That's just how it is when you deal with technology all day. We don't have a marketing team or anything polished. Just us working.
