Passa Event & Promotion

Our office is on the first floor of the Galaxia Mall on Ratu Road in Ranchi. We are in shop number 16. Being inside a mall means we are always right in the middle of the action. We handle event planning and promotional work around the city. A lot of people think this kind of work is all about parties and fun, but it involves a lot of manual labor. We are often moving boxes, setting up banners, and standing on our feet for hours. Our shop is small and usually filled with leftover flyers, banners, and various equipment we use for our jobs. It is not a very tidy place, but it works for us. Ratu Road is one of the busiest streets in Ranchi, so getting our gear in and out of the mall can be a real headache sometimes. We just have to plan around the traffic. Our team is small and we don't have any corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in and do whatever needs to be done. We don't use any fancy business talk when we meet people. We just talk about what needs to happen to make an event or a promotion work. It is practical, everyday stuff. Sometimes the days are very long, especially when we have multiple things happening at once. But we are used to the pace of it by now. We just keep moving and getting things done.
