Our place is located near Gopal Devi Barudi. Pag Mobiles And Technologies Private Limited isn't in one of those huge tech parks. We are more of a local operation. We deal with mobile phones and various bits of technology. It’s a smaller setup, which allows us to actually talk to the people who come in. The area around Gopal Devi Barudi is usually active, and we get a fair amount of foot traffic. Inside, it's a mix of a retail space and a small area where we do repairs or look at technical issues. We don't have a giant marketing budget or a polished showroom. It’s just a shop where we keep the shelves stocked and the tools ready. We started this because we liked gadgets and saw that people around here needed a reliable place to go. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people come in at once with different problems. We just handle them one by one. We don't use a lot of fancy tech speak with our customers because it doesn't help anyone. We just explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It's a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. Most of the people who come here are from the neighborhood, and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the new models that come out every month. It’s a busy little shop but we enjoy the work.
