We are set up in Teachers Colony, Barmasia, over by Raghu Nath Singh's property. It is quite close to the Hari Bol Mandir, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We deal with IT solutions, which is a broad way of saying we fix tech problems and build things on computers for people. The neighborhood is mostly families and teachers, as the name suggests, so it stays pretty calm during the day. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees and a human resources floor. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. We try to keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the tasks at hand. There isn't a lot of flash here. You'll see a few laptops, some spare parts, and a lot of notebooks lying around on the tables. We spend most of our time troubleshooting issues or writing code. It's a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We moved here because it felt like a good spot to settle down and provide some services to the local community. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else who had a good experience. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and do what needs to get done. It's a simple, honest way to make a living.
