Norna Softech Private Limited

Norna Softech Private Limited is our company and we are located right near D A V Alok School in the Pundag area of Ranchi. It is a pretty normal spot to have an office, and we have been here for a while now. The school is a big landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We are just a group of people working on software and tech stuff every day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Our office is just a practical space where we can sit down and get our tasks done. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy when the kids are leaving school, but we are used to it by now. We aren't about big corporate speeches or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. Most of us live nearby in Ranchi, so we don't have long commutes, which is nice. We try to keep things very simple here. There is no big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening. It is a local business and we like it that way. We don't spend our time on marketing or trying to impress people with big words. We just stick to what we know and try to do a decent job with the technical work we take on.
