New Raj Cattterer & Tent

New Raj Cattterer & Tent is over on Ratu Road and it is a pretty busy place most of the year. We handle both the tent setups and the food which keeps us running around quite a bit. Ratu Road is always crawling with people so moving our equipment around is always a bit of a struggle with the traffic. In the back we have got all the catering gear like the big ladles and the coal stoves along with the rolls of fabric for the tents. It is a lot to keep track of and sometimes we lose a few spoons or a couple of tent pegs in the grass after a job is finished. We have been doing this for a long time and we know most of the people around this neighborhood. The guys who work for us are good at putting up the structures fast even when the ground is uneven or muddy. We try to keep the food simple and hot which is what most people want anyway. The kitchen gets really smoky when we are frying snacks but that is just how it goes. We do not have any polished brochures or anything we just talk to people and tell them what we have available for their date. It is a tough business with very little rest during the peak season but we are used to the grind by now.
