We have been at Pandra for a bit now. It is right opposite that big Kajaria Galaxy place on Ratu Road. You know how traffic gets around Sukhdev Nagar, but it is a good spot for us. Samir Kumar Singh runs things here, and the office is actually registered at his place. We just do consultancy work. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and people trying to get things sorted. People come in from all over Ranchi and even Dhanbad sometimes. The space is part of a residential setup, so it feels more like a home office than a corporate building. We handle the paperwork and the advice part of the business. Sometimes the power goes out, or it gets noisy outside with the traffic, but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is wearing a three-piece suit. It is more of a place where you can just sit down and talk about what needs doing. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the main road. It is easier to find if you know where the tile shop is. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while. Just regular folks working. Not much else to say. We stay busy with the local clients.
