Lucky Hair Cutting Salon

Lucky Hair Cutting Salon is located in Irba, Ranchi. This is a small place and we are right in the heart of the village area. We don’t have a fancy building or big glass windows like you see in the main Ranchi city shops. It is just a plain shop where the local men and boys come to get their hair cut and maybe a shave. We have been here for many years and the neighbors all know exactly where to find us. The address is just Irba, which is all you need to say around here. Inside the shop, we have a couple of chairs and some basic tools like scissors, combs, and razors. We don't do anything too complicated or modern. If you want a simple cut or a clean shave, that is what we do. The floor gets covered in hair quickly so we spend a lot of time sweeping it up throughout the day. Ranchi can get very hot and dusty in the summer months, so we have a fan that runs all day to keep the air moving a bit. It is a simple life and we enjoy the daily work. We see the same faces every month and it is nice to chat. Sometimes the shop is empty and we just sit outside. Other times there is a line of people waiting. People just show up when they need a trim. It is an honest business and we keep the mirrors clean and the talk friendly.
