You can find us at Tulsi Chowk in Doranda. We are right opposite the Rampuria Cloth Store. It’s a busy area in Ranchi so there’s always people walking by. We focus on herbal things for hair and skin. A lot of the ladies around here prefer that over the heavy chemicals. The shop is small and we have filled it with the things we need. It smells like herbs and oils most of the time. We aren't a big chain, just a local place run by people who live here. We've seen many customers grow up and bring their own kids here now. It’s a nice feeling. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just see the sign when they are out shopping for clothes across the street. We keep the mirrors clean and the chairs ready. Sometimes we run out of space if three or four people come at once, so they wait outside or come back later. It’s a very relaxed way of doing things. We don't push people to buy things they don't need. They just come for a herbal pack or a hair trim and go on with their day. It’s a steady life in Doranda. We like being part of the market here. It’s simple and it works for everyone. We stay open pretty late to catch the evening shoppers. That's just how we run things.
