We are set up at Dr. R.R.P. Sinha’s place, Aryapuri, on Ratu Road in Ranchi. It is a busy area, and anyone who knows Ranchi knows that Ratu Road can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic. We have been operating as Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. (Il&Fs) out of this location for some time now. It does not look like your typical financial office from the outside. It is more of a homey setup, which actually makes it a bit more comfortable for us. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical details every single day. There is always a stack of files on someone’s desk waiting to be sorted or filed away. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the leasing and financial stuff as it comes in. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how the others work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes in a small office. Being at Aryapuri puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city, even if the road is crowded. We keep our heads down and focus on the numbers.
