Hibe Event Planner & Organizer

We are located at Sai Niwas in the Ashok Kunj area of Ranchi. Most people know us because we are on Kadru Road, which is pretty busy most days. If you find the ICICI Bank in Ashok Nagar, you are basically there. It is just a house where we have set up our office. My name is on the door, but it is a small team of us working here. We handle event planning and organizing. Sometimes it is a small birthday party and other times it is a big wedding. It gets a bit loud in the office when we are all on the phone trying to book vendors or checking on flower deliveries. The traffic on Kadru Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but it makes it easy for clients to drop by and see us. We have some chairs and a desk where we sit down and talk through what people need. It is not a fancy corporate setup. We have some files stacked up and some old decorations in the corner from previous jobs. We have been here for a while now and we like being part of the Ashok Nagar community. People usually just walk in or call us when they have something coming up. It is honest work and we stay busy throughout the year. The weather here in Ranchi is usually nice, so we do a lot of outdoor stuff. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss.
