Our spot, Hexagon Softwares And Consultants Pvt Ltd, is over in Flat No C2 of the Maharana Apptt. It’s right in the PP Compound area of Ranchi, which is a pretty well-known part of town. Being in an apartment building means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got our setup in there with all the usual stuff—computers, cables running everywhere, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. The Jharkhand weather can get pretty hot, so we’re glad for the shade the building provides. We do a mix of software work and consulting, mostly just helping people sort out their tech issues or building what they need. It’s not a giant operation, just a handful of us trying to do a good job. We’ve been in this Ranchi location for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs to wake ourselves up. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk person. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our screen and say hello. It’s a practical way to work. We like the PP Compound because it's central and easy for us to get to. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. The kettle always needs descaling and someone usually forgets to lock the supply cabinet.
