You can find us over at E 41 in Shyamali Colony, which is a part of the Doranda area in Ranchi. It’s an older neighborhood but it’s got a lot of character and it’s where we’ve set up shop for our operations. Being part of the steel sector means there is always something going on, whether it’s checking on orders or coordinating with different sites. The office is a bit cramped because of all the documents and maps we have to keep on hand, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see people working at their desks. It’s a very practical environment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through the list. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate talk that you hear from big city firms. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about the steel industry. Lunch breaks are usually taken together and we talk about everything from the news to what’s happening on the next street over. It’s a good way to stay connected. We don't bother with polished speeches. We just handle the steel business as it comes.
