Galaxy IT Solutions is basically run out of House Number 256 in Chistiya Mohalla. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district at all. You can hear the neighborhood kids playing outside sometimes while we are trying to fix computer bugs. It’s a one-person company officially, being an OPC, but there’s usually a couple of us helping out with things. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the area needing help with IT stuff and didn't want to go all the way into the city center. The room we work in is small and gets a bit warm in the summer, so we keep the fans going full blast. We have wires running across the floor and stacks of old hard drives in the corner. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people find out about us because a neighbor mentioned we could fix their laptop or help with a website. We just sit here, drink our tea, and tap away at the keys. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that gives us a chance to chat. It’s a simple life, really. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to help out the folks around Chistiya Mohalla and earn a living while doing it.
