Food Production Department

This is the food production unit over in Ranchi, Jharkhand, specifically the 834008 area. We spend our days making and handling different food items. It is a lot of physical work, honestly. We have these big industrial pots and various machines that keep the place humming from early morning. The kitchen area gets really warm, so we try to keep the fans going. We have to follow a lot of rules about hairnets and keeping everything washed down, but that is just part of working with food. It isn't a fancy place to look at. We are just a group of people doing a job. Some of us have been working here for years and we know the routine by heart. We get the raw materials in, process them, and then pack them up to go out. We talk about our families and the local news while we chop or stir. Sometimes a machine breaks down and things get a bit chaotic until the mechanic shows up. That is just life here. The building is a standard grey structure, nothing that stands out. We don't spend money on ads or big signs. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. Every day is pretty much the same: prep, cook, and clean. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in our city.
