Encoders Software Private Limited

Our office is in the Morhabadi area of Ranchi, specifically in Om Ganpati Enclave. We are up in flat number 301. It’s a nice part of the New Area, and it feels a bit more relaxed than the very center of town. We’ve been running Encoders Software Private Limited from this apartment for a while now. It’s a typical residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of cables running everywhere. Sometimes the balcony gives us a nice view of the surroundings when we need a break from the screens. We are just a small team of people who enjoy what they do. There’s no dress code or big corporate meetings here. We usually just talk across the room to get things sorted. Being in the 834001 area is convenient for getting around Ranchi. We like the quietness of Morhabadi compared to the busier markets. It helps us focus on the coding and software tasks we have each day. Most of us bring our own lunch, and we sit around the kitchen area to eat together. It’s a very simple, down-to-earth way of working. We don’t try to impress anyone with a fancy lobby because we don’t have one. We just have our workspace and our commitment to getting the work done. It’s been a good home for our little company over these past years.
