E World

E World is located in unit 209 of Hari Om Tower. If you live in Ranchi, you know that Lalpur and Circular Road are always jammed with people and traffic. This building is a very busy place. There are shops and offices on every floor, so the corridors are always full of people walking back and forth. Our space is not very big. We have a few computers lined up against the walls and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep them tucked away so nobody trips. The air conditioner hums all day long to keep the machines from getting too hot. It is a bit cramped when there are more than five or six people inside. The walls are covered with some old notices and a few calendars. We usually have a bit of music playing softly in the background just to break the silence. People come here for all sorts of things, mostly related to their documents or the internet. We sit on these swivel chairs that squeak a bit when you move. It is a noisy, lively atmosphere in this tower. Sometimes the power goes off and everything goes silent for a second until the generator kicks in. We spend most of our time staring at screens and typing away. By the end of the day, my eyes usually feel a bit tired. It is just the way things are in a place like this.
