Computer Horizon

Computer Horizon is over on Power House Road in the Chutia part of Ranchi. We are quite close to the railway crossing, so you can often hear the trains passing by during the day. It’s a sound we have grown used to over the years. Our shop is where we handle computer stuff—learning, fixing, and just generally working with tech. It’s not a polished showroom with neon lights. It’s more of a workspace with wires, monitors, and parts sitting around on the benches. We have a few computers set up for people to practice on. They aren't the latest models from the big brands, but they work fine for learning the basics. Chutia is a busy area with a lot of local workers and families, and we like being part of this community. When the trains go past, sometimes the windows rattle a little bit, but we just keep working. We don't have a fancy dress code here. We wear what's comfortable and we expect our students to do the same. It is a very hands-on kind of place. If you need to learn how to use a keyboard or understand a software program, we just sit down and show you. There’s no big manual or complicated process. We just take it step by step. Most people find us by walking over from the station or living nearby. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep the machines clean.
