We are over at Roshpa Tower on the 4th floor, specifically in shop number 24. Most people in Ranchi know the Main Road area pretty well since it’s always busy. Being up on the fourth floor keeps us a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the traffic sometimes. We've been at Codexcafe It Solutions Private Limited for a while now. It's just a regular office space where we handle our daily work. Some days are quieter than others. We usually start our mornings with some tea and get straight to the computers. It isn’t fancy here, just some desks, chairs, and the usual gear you’d expect for an IT place. Roshpa Tower is a familiar landmark for many locals, so it’s easy to find us if you're in the neighborhood. We mostly just focus on getting through the tasks on our list. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we end up using the stairs, which is quite a workout. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We like the location because everything we need is nearby on Main Road. There are plenty of spots to grab a quick snack during breaks. We don’t really do big meetings or anything loud. It’s just us doing our thing in our corner of the building. We’ve grown used to the layout of the shop. It serves its purpose well enough for our team in Ranchi and keeps us grounded.
