Being located in Ratu Barkatoli, just outside Ranchi, gives us a different pace than the big city. We're Bydesign India Pvt. Ltd, part of the Velankani Group of Company, but here it feels more like a local operation. The P O Ratu area is where we spend our days. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but for us, it’s just the daily commute in Jharkhand. Our office is practical. We don't spend much on fancy decorations or anything. It's more about the work we do day in and day out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that's just life here. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this district. Most of the people working here are from around Ranchi or the nearby villages, so it feels like a community. We aren't trying to be some massive global thing, even with the long name on the paperwork. It’s just us doing our bit in the 835222 area. If you come looking for us, just ask around Ratu Barkatoli. Most people know where the buildings are. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or fancy brochures. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home.
