Our business, Borgestena Flooring, is situated at Plot 345 in the Co-operative Colony area of Chas, Bokaro. Jharkhand is a place where things are always being built or renovated, and we wanted to be a part of that. We focus mostly on flooring materials, which is a bit different from just dealing in raw cement. The colony here is a nice enough place to work from every day. It is not right in the middle of a loud industrial zone, which we really appreciate during the busy hours. We have a small office and some space to keep our records and various flooring samples. Being in Chas means we are close enough to the main parts of Bokaro but we still have a bit of our own quiet space. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like some big distant corporation that doesn't know its customers. It is just us, the staff, handling the daily requirements of the people who walk in. The paperwork can be a bit much to handle sometimes, but that is just how business goes.
