Blu Event Com

You can find us over at Old Hazaribagh Road in the Kantatoli area of Ranchi. We are pretty close to the Uni Height Complex, which is a landmark most people around here know. Blu Event Com is just a small operation where we handle events and gatherings. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to start with, then a lot of heavy lifting later on. We don't have a big fancy office; it’s mostly just a room with some desks and a lot of stuff stored in the corners. We spend our time trying to figure out where to get chairs, how to set up the sound, and who is going to do the decorations. Kantatoli is always busy with buses and people, so getting around can take forever. We’ve had times where we were still setting up while the guests were walking in because the delivery truck was stuck. It’s just the way things go sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town; we just want to get through the day’s work and make sure the event doesn't fall apart. It’s a lot of stress, but we’ve been doing it for enough time that we mostly know how to handle the problems. We just keep it simple and talk to our customers like they are neighbors, because they usually are.
