Our place is over on Old Gas Godown Road. It’s care of Ramnaresh Mishra's property. If you know the Hesal area, you know it’s just off Ratu Road in Ranchi. It’s a bit of a crowded area but it’s always lively. We’ve got a small space here to do our work. It’s nothing like those glass buildings you see downtown. We like it because it’s central. You can get almost anything you need just by walking a few minutes down the street. The traffic on Ratu Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings. We usually wait for it to clear before heading out. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some computers and a bunch of cables running everywhere. We try to keep it neat but it’s a constant struggle. There’s a lot of history on this road. People still call it the Gas Godown road even though things have changed over the years. We get a lot of dust because of the construction nearby. We just wipe the screens and keep going. It’s a local operation. Most of us live within a few kilometers of the office. We aren't trying to be the next big global thing. We just want to do our work well and go home to our families at the end of the day. Sometimes we order samosas from the corner shop when we have a long afternoon ahead. It’s just a regular life here. We don’t have a marketing department or anything.
