Arnav Softech Private Limited is based out of Basant Bihar on Road No. 3 in Harmu. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a loud city center. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and desks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We do software stuff. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. Harmu is a familiar place for us. We like the neighborhood a lot. Sometimes we take a walk down Road No. 3 during lunch just to stretch our legs and clear our heads. There’s no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We are just a small group of people. We handle our own emails and even do our own cleaning. It’s practical. We don't really have a philosophy about business. We just take on work and try to finish it on time. Some days the internet is slow and we complain about it, but usually, things are fine. We chose this name and this location because it worked for our lives. We are just Arnav Softech, and we are just here in Basant Bihar doing our daily thing. It’s a simple life.
