We are over here in Arsande, right by Kanke Block Chowk. If you know Ranchi, you know it gets busy around there, but it’s a good spot for us. This whole thing started at Sanjay Sharma’s place in Kailashpuri. We do tech work, mostly computers and software stuff, but it's just a small team of us sitting together and figuring things out. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of wires. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is around here, but we keep at it. People ask what we do exactly, and mostly we just fix problems that come up with digital tools. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work for the folks who need it and pay our bills. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though the traffic outside can get loud sometimes near the chowk. We've been in this part of Ranchi for a while now. Most of us grew up not too far from here. It feels right to be working in the neighborhood instead of heading into the main city center every single day. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. If you come by, you'll probably just see us at our screens. We often just grab lunch from the local shops nearby and eat at our desks. There isn't a lot of structure to how we spend our day.
