VEERAL CERA IMPEX is out on Gondal Road at plot number 16. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we’re located right across from Sadhana Bhel and Monarch Appliances, so it’s easy enough to find if you know those landmarks. The office and storage area are all on the same Vijay Plot. It’s usually quite dusty outside because of all the traffic moving toward the highway, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off the samples and the desks. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of us managing the inventory and talking to people who drop by. The building is older and has that solid, practical feel to it. We don't have any flashy displays or a big marketing team. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and making sure the orders are ready to go out on the trucks. Sometimes we walk over to the Bhel shop for a snack in the evening when the work starts to wind down. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We deal with whatever comes up, whether it’s a late delivery or a paperwork mix-up, and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just a regular business on a busy Rajkot road, doing what we need to do to keep things moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the routine suits us just fine.
