AKSHAR AUTOMATION

We are located right on Gondal Road, specifically at Shop No. 18-24 in the Sagar Arcade building. It's easy to find because we're just opposite the Union Bank. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people walking by. Our shops are filled with all sorts of automation parts and gadgets. It can look a bit messy with all the boxes stacked up, but we generally know where everything is. People come in looking for specific sensors or controllers, and we spend time digging through the shelves to find the right one. It’s a bit different from a big factory since we deal with people face-to-face all day. AKSHAR AUTOMATION started small and we just kept adding more shop space as we got more stock. The lighting inside isn't the best, and it gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but it’s a good place to work. We don’t have a script for how we talk to customers. We just answer questions and try to help them figure out what part they need for their machines. Sometimes we have a backlog of orders to pack for delivery. The lunch hour is usually the only time it gets quiet. It’s a local business vibe through and through. We’ve been on Gondal Road for quite some time now and know most of the other shop owners nearby. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the customers and the noise. Being on Gondal Road means there is never a dull moment.
