You can find us at shop number 11 in the Lotus Arcade. We are right on Gondal Road, which is a pretty famous and busy part of town. If you know where the Satya Vijay Patel Ice-Cream shop is, we are just near there. We spend our days surrounded by spare parts and tools. It’s a machinery store, so there are shelves full of various bits and pieces that people need for their equipment. It can get a bit dusty with all the stock, but we try to keep it organized so we can find things quickly when a customer is waiting. Most of the people who come in are mechanics or small shop owners from around the area. We talk about parts, sizes, and what works best for different types of engines. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights and glass displays. It’s more of a practical place where you come to get what you need and maybe have a quick chat about the traffic on Gondal Road. We don’t do much advertising at all. People usually just hear about us from someone else. It’s been a steady life here in the arcade. Some days are slow and we just sit by the counter, while other days it’s a constant stream of customers. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple business, selling things that help other people keep their own machines running.
