If you go down to the Metoda area, specifically at G-1078-79-80 on Road A-1, you’ll find V J M Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. We are right by Kishan Gate in the Lodhika Gidc. It’s a big site because we need the room for all the ceramic production. Most of the day is filled with the sound of machinery and the movement of pallets. It’s a village setting but with a lot of industry packed into it. We spend our hours making sure the ceramic pieces are coming out right and that the quality is consistent. It’s not an easy job and it can be quite physical. The dust is just part of the atmosphere here, and you get used to it after a day or two. We have a lot of space here spread across those plot numbers, which helps when we have big batches to process. Our team is mostly made up of local people from around the village and nearby areas. We don't have a corporate headquarters in some big city; we are right here where the work happens. Sometimes things break or a machine acts up, and we just have to fix it and keep going. It’s a very hands-on way to make a living. We don't have a lot of time for meetings; we’re usually out on the floor seeing how the production is moving along. That is just how life is at the factory.
