We’ve got our workspace on the first floor of Metoda Plaza, right near Gate No. 1 in the Metoda GIDC area. If you’ve ever been to the GIDC, you know it’s a massive place filled with all sorts of industries. Our spot is pretty basic. We have some worktables and storage areas for the products we put together. It’s mostly a manufacturing setup, so the focus is on production and packing. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who come in every morning and get straight to work. The building itself is typical for an industrial zone, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time checking our materials and making sure the batches are coming out right. It can get a bit monotonous, but we take it one step at a time. The breeze from the windows helps during the hotter months, though the dust from the industrial area can be a bit of a nuisance. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to keep our machines running and our orders filled. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so there’s a sense of everyone just doing their own thing. It’s a practical way to run a business, and being in Metoda makes logistics a bit easier for us when we need to ship stuff out.
