Umavanshi Sales

We’re located in the Kabir Complex on Santkabir Road, up on the first floor in Shop No. 106. Santkabir Road is always a busy stretch, and finding a spot for a scooter can be a challenge most afternoons. Umavanshi Sales is a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t have any fancy displays or a lobby; it’s just the shop floor filled with the products we sell and a desk where we do the billing. Most of the day is spent on the phone talking to customers or checking what needs to be restocked. It gets a bit hot in the summer months since the building is older, but we’ve got a couple of fans that do the trick. The Kabir Complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. We know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s the kind of place where you have a cup of tea while waiting for a delivery to arrive. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show the items, tell the price, and get things shipped out. It’s been our base for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street below. We just focus on keeping the sales moving and making sure our regular customers are taken care of without any fuss or delay. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
