Shirish Kashikar

My place is right on Kalawad Road. It’s a busy street and there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but I’ve grown used to it over the years. I’ve been working under my own name, Shirish Kashikar, for a long time now. People around Kalawad Road know where to find me if they need something sorted out. It’s mostly just me here, though I have some help when the workload gets a bit too much to handle alone. I don't like having a fancy setup with bright lights. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes I’ve written to myself. It's a bit of a mess, but I know where everything is. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and help out people in the community with what I know. Every day is a bit different. One day I'm stuck behind the computer for ten hours, and the next day I'm out meeting people all over the city. It keeps things interesting. I’m not interested in big corporate talk or making things sound more important than they are. I just provide a service and try to be honest about what can be done. If you're ever near Kalawad Road, you might see me grabbing a snack at the corner stall. It’s a good spot to be, right in the heart of things.
