Our place is at 135, Om Shopping Center. It’s on Ravapar Main Road in Morbi, very close to the Hdfc Bank. Being in the shopping center means there is always a lot of foot traffic. We’ve got a small office where we handle all kinds of travel stuff. People come in looking for flights or just to see how they can get to the next town over. It’s mostly just us sitting around the computer and making calls to sort out itineraries. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because Morbi gets pretty hot. We don't have any flashy signs or anything, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. We know most of the people who walk in because they live around Ravapar Road. We try to stay organized, but sometimes papers pile up on the desk when it gets busy. It’s a local business, so we don’t have a lot of fancy rules. If someone needs help with a ticket, we just do it. The bank nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We spend our days looking at maps and calendars. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of Morbi because everything we need is right here in the center. It’s just a normal day at the office for us. Sometimes we have to deal with the printer jamming or the internet going out, but that’s just life. We usually stay open until seven or so, depending on if anyone is still coming in. It’s a decent enough way to spend the day.
