Hotel Kaveri International Porbandar

Our contact point is over at P/N C-131 Cg Dhq 1, care of D. Singh in Porbandar. We use Post Box No. 25 for our mail. The location is quite close to Rgt College, which is a well-known landmark around here. Porbandar is a coastal town, so the air always has that salty feel to it. Our office is a small room where we handle the bookings for the hotel. It is not very large, but we have enough space for the registers and a phone. We spend a lot of time talking to travelers who are coming through Gujarat. It is a lot of manual logging of names and dates. Sometimes the phone line gets static because of the weather, but we make do. We do not have any flashy computers; we mostly rely on our notebooks and a few basic tools. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the area well and can tell guests where to find a good meal or the best view of the sea. The building is not much to look at from the outside, but inside we stay busy. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere relaxed. It is just about making sure the rooms are ready when people show up. We have been part of the community for a long time now and just keep doing our work.
