Trishul Fasteners

If you head down Dhebar Road towards the south, you’ll find us at Virani Aghar, Plot No. 82. We’re right near the Khodiyar Estate. Trishul Fasteners is mostly just a place filled with bins of bolts, nuts, and screws of all different sizes. It’s a dusty kind of place because of all the metal and the trucks moving nearby. We spend a lot of time counting out pieces and packing them into bags. My hands are usually a bit oily from handling the steel, and the shelves go up pretty high, so we’re always climbing ladders. It’s a simple business, really. People need things to hold other things together, and we have those things. Sometimes someone comes in looking for a very specific thread size that we haven't seen in years, and we have to dig through the old boxes in the back. The sun hits the front of the plot pretty hard in the morning, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We know our neighbors at the other plots well, and we often share tools or help each other out when a heavy delivery arrives. It’s just how things go around here. We’ve been here a long time and we know our way around every bin in the shop without even looking.
