Travel Unlimited is based in the Arpan Complex on Kalavad Road. It’s a very well-known part of Rajkot, right opposite the Swaminarayan Tample. The temple is a big landmark, so we never have to give complicated directions. We just tell people to look for the temple and we are right there. The road outside is always full of cars and rickshaws. It can be quite loud during the rush hour. Inside our office, things are a bit calmer. We have our maps and computers set up. It’s a modest space, nothing too big or flashy. We spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at schedules. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here. We start early, have our morning tea, and then get into the thick of things. The Arpan Complex has been our home for a while. We know the security guards and the folks who run the other shops nearby. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s just part of living and working in Rajkot. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do what we need to do. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the city. Sometimes the door sticks when the weather gets humid, but we know the trick to opening it.
